I got out of the city for part of the weekend and stayed with a friend in Petaluma, we crossed the Golden Gate on it's 75th Birthday. I've been going across this bridge my entire life; I never get tired of looking at it.
Me and Mikey Ratt from Free Turd did a little swap and he sent me these bad ass patches to sew on my vest.
I unearthed this little gem I bought in 2007 for a surprise biker b-day party, this one's going on the front for sure.
I love how every year Costumes on Haight puts their creepy bunny in the window. Hope everyone has a nice Easter; it doesn't look like I was enjoying it much as a baby, and does my bunny have only one eye? Oh, and don't forget that tomorrow is the last day to comment for the Gather necklace giveaway, I'll be naming the winner on Monday.
I'm completely in love with my new Chevron Necklace I got from the lovely Leora of Gather Jewelry; her pieces are all amazing. Here's your chance to win a necklace of your very own. My friends and I rented an apartment in Grünerløkka which is a trendy bohemian district in Oslo that is filled with vintage shops and cafes; it was a great little neighborhood. There was even a small lake outside of our building that was always filled with ducks, it was awesome. This is the famous Oslo Opera House which was completed in 2007; the angled exterior surfaces of the building are covered with Italian marble and white granite and make it appear to rise from the water. It is the largest cultural building constructed in Norway since Nidarosdomen was completed circa 1300. Vigeland Park which is the world's largest sculpture park made by a single artist, Gustav Vigeland. This place was stunning, most of the pictures I took with my phone since I ran out of film. I'd love to see this place in the spring. Norway is a beautiful country; I hope to go back someday.
